Hi, I'm Allison.
Matt, Ava, Honey, and me — the whole Deal crew.
I'm a Realtor with Pemberton Real Estate here in the Twin Cities, Minnesota — and before I'm anything else, I'm a wife and a mom. My husband, Matt, and I are raising our daughter, Ava, who is twelve, along with Honey.
Ava has quite literally grown up watching me build this business — riding along to showings and celebrating every closing like it was her own. She's seen what hard work and taking good care of people look like.
When I'm not with clients, you'll most likely find me on a soccer field — fast-paced, team-first, and just competitive enough, which honestly describes how I work, too.
My approach to real estate is education-first: I help regular people build wealth through real estate, and that starts with making sure you understand every step before you take it. No pressure, no jargon — just a clear plan. I work with first-time buyers finding their footing, move-up buyers ready for their next chapter, and investors building something that lasts.
For move-up buyers, I even named my process: "Move up without being homeless" — a step-by-step plan that lines up the sale of your current home with the purchase of your next one, so you never spend a single night caught in between.
And because I love this business, I share what I've learned: as a performance coach, I mentor around 60 real estate agents, helping them build businesses they're proud of — one honest conversation at a time.
